Post card printing- Direct mail is like investing in loyalty

Post card marketing is more explicit than the direct mail marketing. Some practitioners like that postcards are more effective than the traditional, stuffed-envelope sort of direct marketing because, it is more cost-effective, discarding the use of an envelope. It is also appreciated for the fact that the message does not need to be opened, thus the recipient sees it instantly, every time.

Apart from just post cards, greeting cards, such as birthday cards and holiday greetings are also a good thing to send to your clients. Using personalization techniques such as, variable data printing will surely make them feel that you remember them on special occasions. If you take the time to include a money-saving coupon or a gift certificate, they will remember you when they need your line of business again.

Getting Started With New Print Media

Once you’ve settled on dimensions, when developing new print media, the first question should be about the purpose of the piece. If you plan to use the printed items for brochure (within a envelope) for a direct marketing program, for example, you can achieve a nice look, at an affordable price by using glossy, light, text weight paper. However, if you are doing something special, you have a variety of clever options to select from. Perhaps your design would look better with a tactile, 68# text embossed wood grain paper. Maybe you’ve created something that needs to last a while and you want go with a premium, heavy card stock. The next option you may like to consider is which sorts of coating options works best. You may also decide to add dull coating, UV coating, die cutting, folding & scoring, embossing and a plethora of other design embellishments— all depending on what the purpose of the print media may be.
